In these conditions a long-sleeve UPF 50+ diving rash guard worn as a dive skin gives you full sun protection, sting protection from near-invisible jellyfish, and coral scrape protection, without the heat and bulk of a wetsuit on the surface between dives.

Wear your rash guard under your wetsuit in cooler water below 28°C. A men's rash guard worn as a base layer under your wetsuit creates a smooth, low-friction layer that makes getting your wetsuit on significantly easier, especially on a rocking boat. It also helps a slightly loose rental wetsuit fit more snugly, improving thermal insulation across a full dive day.
