How Our Fulfillment Works
Our pieces are made to order. That means we don’t mass-produce or keep excess inventory — your gear is crafted specifically for you once your order is placed.
This helps us:
- Reduce waste
- Avoid overproduction
- Keep our environmental impact lower
What this means for you:
Your order first goes into production, then ships to you.

Production time: Average 2–5 business days, can take up to 7 business days during peak times

You’ll always see an estimated delivery date at checkout based on your location and current production times.
🕒 How Long Will My Order Take?
Delivery time = Production time + Shipping time
Average production time: 2–5 business days, but can take up to 7 business days

⚠️ Important notes about timing
These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
Once your order ships, delivery speed is handled entirely by the carrier. Delays can happen due to:
- High-volume travel or holiday periods
- Weather disruptions
- Customs processing in some countries
- Carrier or logistics slowdowns
If you’re ordering for a trip or special event, we strongly recommend ordering early and allowing extra time.
🌍 Where Does My Order Ship From?
We use multiple fulfillment centers to get your order to you as efficiently as possible:
- Orders shipping to the US and nearby regions are typically fulfilled from our North America partner located in the U.S.A. / Mexico
- Orders shipping to Europe and surrounding countries are fulfilled from our European partner located in Latvia
We automatically route your order to the best location to reduce shipping distance, delivery time, and environmental impact.
📬 Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.
Please note:
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear
- International shipments may have gaps between updates while in transit or in customs
🧾 Customs, Duties & Import Fees
The Dive Compass is not responsible for customs or import fees charged by your country.
- There are no customs or duties for orders shipped to the US, EU, or Australia
- For other countries, any import fees are the responsibility of the customer
Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure.
🚫 Can I Expedite My Order?
Because items are made to order and shipping is handled by third-party carriers, delays can sometimes happen.
Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer refunds for delays caused by:
- Production timelines
- Carrier transit times
- Customs processing
- Weather or logistics issues
