Production takes on average 4-7 business days to make your order before it is shipped. 

Average delivery times to receive your order vary by region:

Try it on at home. Not the right fit? You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your order. 

Return shipping is paid by you, everything we make is produced only once you order it, which is how we keep overproduction and waste out of the ocean, so we keep round-trip shipping to a minimum rather than building its cost into every price.

• Exchanges are shipped out as soon as your return is approved

We believe that the swimwear you were in the ocean should give back to it,  every order directly contributes to building back coral reefs. 

With every order:

• Our Coral Promise — at least 2 coral fragments planted on the reefs of Bali for every pair of Dive Shorts, with Livingseas Foundation. 
• 10% donated — your order funds this coral restoration through our Save Our Seas Pledge. We work closely with Livingseas Foundation and have seen first hand that donations go directly back to the ocean. 

Our fabrics are made to handle saltwater, chlorine, and sun.

To keep your gear looking and performing great, we recommend:

• Rinse with fresh water after ocean or pool use
• Wash cold, gentle cycle, inside out
• Hang dry
• Avoid dryers, bleach, and fabric softeners

Heat and harsh chemicals can break down performance fabrics over time.

Our Fabrics

These shorts are made-to-order at one of our two production partner locations. Your order is fulfilled and shipped to you from the closest one to you. 

Made in Mexico for North American + Australian orders

• 78% polyester, 22% elastane
• Blank fabric sourced from Mexico
• Cut, sewn and printed in Mexico

Made in Latvia for European orders

• 84% polyester, 16% elastane
• Blank fabric sourced from China
• Cut, sewn and printed in Latvia

The two blends are comparable in weight, stretch and feel & in the water we cannot tell them apart.

Our Inks

We use OEKO-TEX™ certified sublimation inks for printing our designs, which means they’re tested and certified to be safe for people and better for the environment.

These inks are specifically made for performance fabrics and permanently bond with the material, so the designs don’t crack, peel, or wash out.

Using OEKO-TEX™ certified inks means:
