The string bikini top is cut generously — if you're between sizes or on the border, we recommend sizing down. The adjustable tie strings mean you can fine-tune the fit after it arrives.

The top features adjustable tie strings at the neck and back, so your size doesn't need to be exact. Size to your chest measurement and use the ties to customise the fit and support level.

Your chest measurement is all you need for the string bikini top. The adjustable strings handle the rest. If your chest falls exactly on a size boundary, go with that size — if you're between sizes, size down.

Recycled polyester softens slightly with saltwater and wear. The adjustable ties mean you can re-tie to your preferred fit and support level after the fabric settles in.

Return shipping is paid by you, everything we make is produced only once you order it, which is how we keep overproduction and waste out of the ocean, so we keep round-trip shipping to a minimum rather than building its cost into every price.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method
Exchanges are shipped out as soon as your return is approved

The String Bikini is made from 75% recycled polyester for US production and 88% recycled polyester for EU production, giving plastic waste a second life by turning it into a high-performance fabric.

Recycled polyester uses 33% to 53% less energy and produces 54.6% less CO2 emissions when compared to traditional polyester making it a more sustainable choice.

2 corals planted for each String Bikini top and 1 coral planted for each String Bikini bottom

Our fabrics are made to handle saltwater, chlorine, and sun.

To keep your gear looking and performing great, we recommend:

Rinse with fresh water after ocean or pool use
Wash cold, gentle cycle, inside out
Hang dry
Avoid dryers, bleach, and fabric softeners

Heat and harsh chemicals can break down performance fabrics over time.

Expert Tip! Wash your gear in a GUPPYFRIEND Washing Bag to protect the ocean by preventing microfiber shedding and extend the life of your gear

Avoid contact with rough surfaces as the fabric can easily pull and get damaged, this includes avoiding velcro from your BCD.

These String Bikinis are made with 75% recycled polyester and 25% elastane for US production & 88% recycled polyester and 12% elastane for EU production.

We ensure premium quality that is ethically sourced throughout the supply chain with the following certifications:

Fabric is OEKO-TEX 100 standard certified
Fabric is Global Recycled Standard (GRS) certified

We use OEKO-TEX™ certified sublimation inks for printing our designs, which means they’re tested and certified to be safe for people and better for the environment.

These inks are specifically made for performance fabrics and permanently bond with the material, so the designs don’t crack, peel, or wash out.

Great leggings all around! The fabric is soft, the design is beautiful, and the function is excellent. With the rash guard I felt glamorous and sun-safe. Easy to doff during intervals and put back on. The scalloped waistband is a great touch. Will definitely shop with The Dive compass in the future!
