💙 Our Philosophy

We want you to love your gear and feel confident wearing it in the water.

If your item doesn’t fit or isn’t quite right, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

We want you to genuinely love what you ordered.

✅ What’s Covered

You’re eligible for a return or exchange if:

  • You contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • The item must be free of perfume, body odour, deodorant or washing detergent.
  • The item must be free of make-up, sunscreen, glitter, pet hair etc.
  • The item is in original condition with tags and liners (if applicable)
  • The return is due to fit or product-related issues

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear.

🔄 Can I Exchange My Item for a Different Size?

Yes, absolutely.

If your item doesn’t fit, we’re happy to exchange it for another size or style (as long as it meets the conditions above).

Our goal is to help you find the right fit, not leave you stuck with something you can’t use.

🚫 What’s Not Covered

We can’t accept returns for:

  • Items worn in the water or washed
  • Items with signs of wear including make-up, sunscreen, deodorant, pet hair etc. 
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Change-of-mind purchases
  • Orders placed too late for trips or events
  • Shipping delays outside our control

 

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Free of deodorant, makeup, sunscreen, or any signs of use

Items that don’t meet these conditions may be sent back.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return or exchange
  • What you’d like instead (if exchanging)

We’ll reply with the return instructions.

📦 Where Do I Send My Return?

We will provide the return address once you contact us based on where you are located!

🚚 Who Pays for Shipping?

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for all returns and exchanges

Why you cover return shipping: As a small, made-to-order business, we don't hold inventory or mass-produce, so instead of building the cost of free round-trip shipping into every price, we keep our prices fair and let return shipping sit with the order that needs it.

It's better for the ocean, too: free returns tend to encourage ordering several sizes and sending most back, and every journey carries a carbon cost, so we'd rather help you get your size right the first time with our interactive Size Guides.

💳 When Will I Receive My Refund or Exchange?

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method
  • Exchanges are shipped out as soon as your return is approved

Please allow a few business days for processing after we receive your item.

❗ A Note About Made-to-Order Items

Because most of our pieces are made to order:

  • We can’t accept returns for: Change of mind
  • Ordering for a trip and not allowing enough time
  • Shipping delays outside our control
