Waist — Place the tape on the narrowest part of your waist and measure around. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and stand naturally.
Hips — Put the beginning of the tape measure on one hip and bring the tape across the fullest part of your hips back to where you started measuring.

Fit Tips for Diving

True to size — size down if between
Scuba leggings run true to size on land but loosen slightly in the water. If your measurements fall exactly on a size boundary, that's your size. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing down — a snugger fit on land will feel right once you're in the water.📐
Size to your hips
For leggings, always prioritise your hip measurement. If your hips and waist suggest different sizes, go with your hip measurement — the waistband has stretch and the leggings will loosen slightly in water, so a snugger hip fit is the right call.🩱
Layering under a wetsuit
Scuba leggings worn under a wetsuit reduce friction and help the wetsuit glide on and off more easily. For layering, size true to your measurements — a close-fitting layer works best under neoprene.🌊
After your first dive
Recycled polyester softens slightly with saltwater and wear. If your leggings feel snug at first, they will relax a little after the first few dives while maintaining their shape and UPF 50+ protection.🔀
Waist vs Hips
If your waist and hip measurements suggest different sizes, prioritise your hip measurement. Remember that leggings loosen slightly in water — if in doubt between two sizes, go with the smaller one for a better fit when diving.
