Chest / Bust — Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it parallel to the floor. Bring the tape under your armpits and across your shoulder blades. Don't pull too tight.
Waist — Find the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Stand naturally — don't hold your breath or pull in your stomach.
Hips — Stand with feet together. Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your hips and seat, parallel to the floor — usually about 8–9 inches below your natural waist.

Fit Tips for Diving

US orders: size up
The men's rash guard runs small for US customers. If you're between sizes or on the border, we recommend sizing up. A slightly roomier fit is more comfortable for long dive days and easier to layer under a wetsuit.
🇪🇺
EU orders: size down
EU production uses a different material that runs larger. If you're between sizes or on the border, we recommend sizing down. EU customers should expect a more generous fit compared to standard US sizing.

Stays put under your BCD
Our men's rash guards are designed to stay in place through multiple dives. Size to your chest for the best fit — the rash guard should feel snug enough to not ride up under your BCD, but comfortable enough to move freely underwater.

Layering under a wetsuit
A rash guard worn under a wetsuit reduces friction and helps the wetsuit glide on more easily. For layering, size true to your chest measurement — a close-fitting rash guard works best as a base layer under neoprene.
